水泥穩(wěn)定碎石具備的特點(diǎn)
1.1優(yōu)點(diǎn)(1)早期強(qiáng)度高,短時(shí)間內(nèi)(5~7天)可獲提2.0MPa以上的強(qiáng)度。(2穩(wěn)定性好;結(jié)構(gòu)層本身具有一定的通透性,受水份影響較小。(3)可以根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)需要,通過(guò)改變其組成設(shè)計(jì),而調(diào)整所需要的強(qiáng)度,而其它結(jié)構(gòu)層的強(qiáng)度則受材料本身制約較大。(4)機(jī)械化施工,質(zhì)量好,進(jìn)度快小段落的零星工程,可以采用簡(jiǎn)易機(jī)械或人工拌和攤鋪,靈活而經(jīng)濟(jì)。

1.2缺點(diǎn)⑴)強(qiáng)度形成以后易產(chǎn)生干縮裂縫,裂縫是水泥穩(wěn)定碎石主要病害之一能夠引起上面層的開裂,而導(dǎo)致雨季時(shí)路基浸水,引起路堤早期破壞,縮短路的使用壽命。(2)施工時(shí)易離析。(3)強(qiáng)度形成后在車輪等外力作用下,表面易被剝落、磨耗。(4)延遲時(shí)間短,即從拌和到碾壓成型要在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成,要求施工節(jié)奏緊湊,對(duì)設(shè)備臨時(shí)故障要有預(yù)防措施,以免造成材料浪費(fèi)。(5)一般虛鋪厚度大,碾壓對(duì)平整度有不良影響。

(5) Generally, the thickness of virtual paving is large, and rolling has a negative impact on the flatness.
2水泥穩(wěn)定碎石作用原理
Principle of cement stabilized crushed stone action
水泥穩(wěn)定碎石是以級(jí)配碎石作骨料,采用一定數(shù)量的膠凝材料和足夠的灰漿體積填充骨料的空隙按嵌擠原理攤鋪壓實(shí)。其壓實(shí)度接近于密實(shí)度,強(qiáng)度主要靠碎石間的嵌擠鎖結(jié)原理,同時(shí)有足夠的灰漿體積來(lái)填充骨料的空隙。它的初期強(qiáng)度高,并且強(qiáng)度隨齡期而增加很快結(jié)成板體,因而具有較高的強(qiáng)度,抗?jié)B度和抗凍性較好。水穩(wěn)水泥用量一般為混合料3%~7%,7天的無(wú)側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)1.5%~4.0%MPa,較其他路基材料高。水穩(wěn)成活后遇雨不泥濘,表面堅(jiān)實(shí),是高級(jí)路面的理想基層材料。
