1、液壓油過熱
1. Hydraulic oil overheating
攤鋪機液壓系統(tǒng)的油溫過高會使油液黏度降低，泄漏量增加，所潤滑部位的油膜破壞，使部件的磨損加??；同時，高溫還會使橡膠等材料制成的密封墊過早老化而損壞。因此，控制適宜的油溫非常重要。當油溫過高時，必須停機檢查，一般可從以下幾個方面著手：
If the oil temperature of the hydraulic system of the paver is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, the leakage will increase, and the oil film in the lubricated parts will be damaged, leading to increased wear of the components; At the same time, high temperatures can also cause premature aging and damage to sealing gaskets made of rubber and other materials. Therefore, controlling the appropriate oil temperature is very important. When the oil temperature is too high, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection, which can generally be started from the following aspects:
（1）檢查油箱液面是否過低。經驗表明，油溫高往往是因為油箱缺油所致，故缺油時應及時補充。
(1) Check if the oil tank level is too low. Experience has shown that high oil temperature is often caused by a shortage of oil in the fuel tank, so timely replenishment should be made when there is a shortage of oil.
（2）液壓油濾芯及回路是否堵塞。
(2) Check if the hydraulic oil filter element and circuit are blocked.
（3）散熱器是否正常。散熱器如黏附了大量的灰塵，可導致散熱不良，使油溫升高。由于攤鋪機工作環(huán)境灰塵較多，因此對散熱器應及時清理．
(3) Check whether the radiator is normal. If a large amount of dust is adhered to the radiator, it can cause poor heat dissipation and increase the oil temperature. Due to the high dust content in the working environment of the paver, the radiator should be cleaned in a timely manner
（4）液壓油質量是否合格。若加入的油質量不合格，也會造成系統(tǒng)油溫過高。

另外，液壓系統(tǒng)在缺油時工作，容易造成泵和馬達損壞，因此缺油故障排除后還要檢查泵和馬達的運轉狀態(tài)，必要時更換泵和馬達的已損部件。

攤鋪機有時會發(fā)生左、右布料器不工作的情況，原因一般為補油系統(tǒng)有故障。引起補油系統(tǒng)壓力偏低的原因有：補油泵進油道不暢；補油泵溢流閥壓力偏低；補油泵本身故障；液壓馬達嚴重泄漏。一般應重點檢查補油泵及其溢流閥。
